At time of booking, a non-returnable deposit of one third of the total rental sum is payable plus an additional £100.00 which will be held against breakages and damage.  At the end of your stay if the agents’ inventory is satisfactory, this amount (of £100.00) will be returned to you via PayPal, bank transfer or personal cheque, at your preference.

The balance is then due no later than eight weeks prior to departure to holiday commencement.

Full payment is required upon confirmation of bookings that are within eight weeks of holiday commencement.

The person booking the property must accept full responsibility for all members of the party, their safety whilst in the property, on terraces, in or around pool and grounds, their actions and personal belongings. Young children must not be left unattended at any time.

The property may only be occupied by the total number of persons agreed on the booking form/ letter / email at time of booking.

The accommodation must be left with all furniture and effects, clean and in good order and condition.

This is strictly a non- smoking house.

Arrival times are normally after 3.00 pm and check out times are normally before 11.30am but can be flexible by arrangement.

Use of the telephone is charged by the unit.

We accept no liability for circumstances beyond our control, this includes war, industrial action, civil or terrorist activities, riots, adverse weather conditions, failure of power, gas or water supplies, fire, natural or nuclear disasters, sickness, injury etc.

Cancellation charges - all cancellations must be received in writing.

Up to 8 weeks before commencement of holiday:
forfeiture of deposit. (however the £100 deposit for breakages will be refunded)

8 – 4 weeks before commencement of holiday you will be required to pay 80% of total cost.

Within 4 weeks of holiday commencement you will be charged for 100% of the total cost.
